Your gesture emails pause automatically once your monthly budget cap is reached. You will never be billed more than the cap you set. You can adjust your cap at any time from your dashboard, and gesture emails resume immediately if you raise it. This gives you complete control over your monthly spend.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for changing plans, and your gesture history and analytics are preserved across all plan changes.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. If you need an annual plan for procurement or budgeting reasons, contact us and we can arrange annual billing with a discount.
You are not charged for unclaimed gestures. On the 1Gesture Plan, you only pay $0.50 for gestures that attendees actually claim. If an attendee does not open the email or does not select a cause, no charge is incurred. On the Free plan, unclaimed gestures simply do not count toward your monthly 10-gesture limit. On Max Gestures, there is no per-gesture charge regardless.
